Scheduled Shredding is designed for customers who regularly generate sensitive documents that need to be destroyed securely. Once the secured bins and/or containers are placed throughout the customer’s facility, the appropriate service schedule is implemented. The frequency of scheduled services are normally weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

A "AA Certified" Shred Depot mobile shredding truck will then arrive at the customer’s site on the pre-scheduled dates to service the consoles and completely destroy the paper from the consoles by a cross shredding process that can be witnessed by the customer.

All shredding services are performed by our drivers, who are thoroughly background checked and screened ensure the security of our customers sensitive information. Once the shredding service is complete, a certificate of destruction is given to the customer. It reflects the date and the amount of shredding done, and also serves as proof that the sensitive information was destroyed beyond reconstruction and disposed of securely in an environmentally friendly manner. All the recyclable paper shreds are then taken to a recycling center to be turned into new material.
